Italy has a lot to offer when you are looking for dating themes. Heather and I went to Robintinos for dinner. The food was very good and the atmosphere looked very authentic. After dinner we played Bocci ball; it is ok if you do not have the actual sized balls from the Bocci set, just use whatever soft balls you have. Heather and I used tennis balls and racquetballs. We ended the theme date night watching The Italian Job, which is a great movie, especially if you are in the mood for a good action flick.
Heather and I both love chocolate! Who doesn’t? So this date was centered around the wonder that is chocolate. We first made a decadent chocolate brownie dessert. While dessert was cooking, I blindfolded Heather and gave her a chocolate taste test. Heather rocked! Heather guessed all the chocolate tastes correctly. There were four different kinds of Lindt Lindor truffles, a Dove chocolate bar, and a Whatchamacallit candy bar. It worked out great for both of us because I got to eat the half of what was left from the taste test. ☺ We ended the date by watching the movie, “Chocolat”. It was a great night in tribute of chocolate!
